¡á Returns / Exchanges

¡á Return Policy
As all of our items are engraved we do not offer return in principle. However, if your purchased item is defective, we will exchange and pay the shipping fee also.

¡á 15 days limited warranty
All items purchased from www.magicnailbar.com are warranted for 15 days against any manufacturer's defects.
If any MagicNailBar or one of other items breaks or fails within 15 days after arrival of the item, we will exchange the item with shipping charge.

[ Exchangeable ]
  • When the clasp does not work properly within 15days after receiving the purchase.
  • When the item has different design or color from your order sheet. (an error in engraving or etc.)
[ Non-exchangeable, Non-refundable]
  • Abuse (Read the user guide we provided with)
  • Carelessness
  • Used marks or color fading
¡á Note: Before shipping the purchased items to us, please follow the proper progress shown below.
1. Please leave a message about the problem you have with the purchased item at the Q&A Board or qna@magicnailbar.com
2. Request a Return Authorization number. If there is any cost that you need to pay, we will let you know. (Shipping costs or etc)
3. Package all the original items in a bubble wrap or a small box to prevent damage to the item during shipping.
4. Goods sold are strictly non-refundable unless the stated conditions:
(1) Within 7 days from the purchase date specified/indicated in the Sales receipt or Invoice , and/or
(2) We are unable to supply the specified goods as agree upon sales confirmation.
(3) Return goods In good condition, no used marks or color fading,
(4) Showing of original receipt or invoice, strictly no refund for Worldwide/ Overseas Sales.
For any eligible claims awarded, We reserve the rights to refund partial amount value or original amount value depending on the condition of the returning goods.
We reserve the rights to award refund claim at our discretion.

¡á Refunds

¡á Customs and Duties The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient
refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.)
will be deducted from the refund.
